Objectives:

Present accepted best practice techniques for breast ultrasound, with an overview of normal sonographic anatomy.
Review the ACR BI-RADS diagnostic breast ultrasound image annotation and lesion evaluation guidelines using approved lexicon terminology.
Explain the ACR BI-RADS ultrasound assessment categories for classifying breast lesions.
Demonstrate sonographic imaging characteristics of benign and suspicious breast lesions and axillary lymph nodes.
